According to a MetLife Mature Market study (2011), employee caregiving costs companies in the United States $33 billion a year in lost productivity. Caregivers are diverse, with between 13% and 22% of American workers across major socioeconomic and demographic groups reporting that they fulfill a caregiver role.  This program provides an innovative look at issues related to employees caring for their aging parent/s.  Participants leave equipped with useful resources to assist employee caregivers.
